comcom analytics is a community-focused analytics platform that visualizes Discord community activity and decodes growth, engagement and relationships through data. This document covers the service overview, key features, the metrics you can analyze, pricing plans, the onboarding flow, and the guidelines to keep in mind when using the service.
comcom analytics is a service that automatically collects and aggregates Discord community activity data and visualizes it clearly on a dashboard. Built around the concept of turning everything in your community into value, it supports you end to end — from understanding your activity, to discovering insights, to executing and validating growth initiatives.
It is already used by more than 2,000 active communities, and we have continuously updated its features since the service launched in 2022.

Review the breakdown of various engagement types — messages, reactions, mentions and voice participation — along with their proportions. You can also see per-channel activity and voice participation by day and time of day (heatmap).
comcom analytics aggregates and visualizes primarily the following metrics.

Each metric is aggregated per server (community) and can be reviewed as charts and tables on the dashboard.
